I saw a car get very close to a little girl with bouncy pigtails and a pink dress and it made me very nervous. Around that time I had the same thought about how infrastructure (in general) should be considered from the perspective of imagining cute children using it.

Also, maybe the shrubbery citation is a buildup to a knights who say ni joke from the jokesters in the DC government. Thankfully (and this is a sentence rarely uttered), the bike entrance to the garage is on North Capital Street.

Is 1st St NE between Union and BLS 1 way? Yes and no. Formerly, before the double yellow was repainted, it was two way from the Amtrak service entrance north to G St, but from the service entrance toward the circle is one-way toward the circle, which is why vehicles litter both sides of it.

The orange barrels and that sign are both new. That bollard behind the sign was only installed in the past few weeks, and the traffic lights turned on in the past few days. The walkway hasn't even been open for a month. They're most definitely trying to get the drivers used to the intersection, and not drive down that path. Theyll be gone soon enough.Xaviernoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5655972254756722998.post-2971942876201746542012-10-05T09:57:12.311-04:002012-10-05T09:57:12.311-04:00Saw a dad and kid on a very cool bike first thing ...Saw a dad and kid on a very cool bike first thing this morning in the alley from which I begin my bike commute. It's one of those bikes that is a tandem, only the kid is up front on a flat board-type seat and he is pedaling. That totally made my day.ultrarunnergirlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12509015436909032553noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5655972254756722998.post-36699794439972371932012-10-04T23:14:25.777-04:002012-10-04T23:14:25.777-04:00i know that god king boy! he totally lives up to i...i know that god king boy! he totally lives up to it.

and i've spent hours at the BLS!

and i've even been to connecticut!

(but i've never had shrubbery-related fine)la burbujanoreply@blogger.com
